1. The service
BusinessDec provides done-for-you websites, social media management, hosting, and ongoing edits. Plan inclusions and pricing are shown on the homepage.
2. Billing & cancellation
Payments are processed via Cashfree (INR) or PayPal (USD). No setup fees, no hidden charges.
- Monthly plans: The first month's payment is required upfront before any work begins. Subsequent months are auto-billed on the same date each month until you cancel.
- Yearly plans: 50% deposit due upfront to start the build. The remaining 50% is charged when your website goes live.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime — service continues until the end of the paid period. Yearly deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.
3. Ownership
You own your domain, your brand, and the content you provide. We retain rights to the underlying design system, codebase, and templates. If you leave, we export your site content to you within 7 days of request.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no spam, no adult material, no anything that exposes us to liability. We can suspend service for clear violations.
5. Service levels & edits
We target one-business-day turnaround for standard edits and 99.9% monthly uptime. Major redesigns, new pages beyond included scope, or third-party integrations may be quoted separately.
6. Liability
Service is provided "as is." Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days before they take effect.
