This Privacy Policy is maintained by BusinessDec to explain, in plain English, what information we collect when you use our website and services, why we collect it, how we store it, and how you can control it.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us via forms (name, email, phone, WhatsApp opt-in, business type, message).
  • Billing details processed by our payment partners (PayPal for USD, Cashfree for INR). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Site usage (pages viewed, anonymized device + region) via privacy-respecting analytics, used to improve the site.
  • Account & project content you provide so we can build and operate your website (logos, photos, copy, business hours).

2. How we use it

To build and manage your website, send you previews, reply to support, process payments, and email you essential account updates. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Subprocessors

We use a small set of vendors to run the service: PayPal and Cashfree (payments), our hosting provider (site delivery), and our email provider (transactional email). They process data only as needed to provide their portion of the service.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (currency preference, session) and may use lightweight analytics cookies. No ad-targeting cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing help@businessdec.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as you have an active subscription, plus the period required by law for tax and accounting records. After that we delete or anonymize it.
