Cancellation & Refund Policy – BusinessDec

BusinessDec provides digital marketing, consulting, and website development services. All of these services involve planning, manual work, strategy development, and advertising/testing costs. Therefore, the following policy applies to all clients:


1. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once any work has started — including planning, research, setup, design, ad testing, or execution —
no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Time spent on research

  • Campaign setup

  • A/B testing

  • Creative development

  • Advertising budget spent

  • System/tool costs

  • Any initial progress made on the project

Any amount spent or burned on your project will never be refunded.


2. Partial Refunds (Only in Exceptional Cases)

Partial refunds may be considered only when:

  • The project has not started at all, and

  • No resources, tools, time, or planning has been invested

Approval of such refunds is entirely at the discretion of BusinessDec.


3. Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request must be made within 48 hours of identifying an issue.

Cancellation is not accepted if:

  • Work has started

  • Deliverables have been shared

  • Testing or research has been performed

  • Third-party tools or ad budgets have been used


4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Advertising costs

  • Testing/experiment budgets

  • Work hours invested

  • Third-party tool subscriptions

  • Any part of the project already completed
